About Us
Receptions on Redwood includes a variety of value-added amenities in our base price, as well as the privacy and ambiance you need to make your special event a success. And, best of all, we offer all of this at a price your budget will love.
Our space is perfect for Business Events, Training Events, Private Parties, Receptions, Church Services, Classes, Workshops, and Celebrations (Celebrations of Life, Baptisms, Showers, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, etc.). We rent tables, chairs, and mobile dance floor. We also specialize in hosting a variety of specialty dance events, and would love to assist you in planning your perfect private event!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN BASE PRICE:
5 hours of exclusive use of the event center space
(10:00am-3:00pm or 5:00pm-10:00pm, later times also available)
Room to accommodate group sizes of 100 sit down, or 300+ flowing
Dining tables and chairs
Cake table with linens and use of silver cake knife
Gift table with linens and card cage
Event Consultant and Event Hostess
Sound system with microphone
Registry desk for guest book
3 tall, 2 medium and 2 tabletop easels for portrait display

*Some outside catering is welcome. Please ask our staff if your caterer meets our qualifications.
*A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied towards your rental fee. Or, ask about our 3 day courtesy hold!
