CLASSES WE OFFER

INTUITIVE FLOW

Time to wind down. INTUITIVE FLOW includes slow & gentle flows & movements followed by still and grounding postures. Full of long yin poses, this practice will help you feel refreshed, balanced and connected. It is a beautiful compliment to an active and busy lifestyle.

SMOOTH FLOW

Explore your intuitive self through the connection of movement and emotion. SMOOTH FLOW offers deep, grounding, and flowing sequences. This style is designed to potentially practice blindfolded (or with your eyes closed) to amplify your remaining senses. The slow, dance-like movements offered in SMOOTH FLOW weave together the yin & the yang, and will essentially guide you towards a deeper connection between your emotional and physical body.

GROUNDED FLOW

Restore, unwind and root down through the balance of movement and stillness. All week we tend to jump into the hustle and often forget to slow down and observe. Through slow flows that keep you close the ground, and long yin-inspired holds throughout class, Grounded Flow is the perfect opportunity to step out of the busy day to day and root back to your self.

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

Time to ignite the breath and find your power from within. This class will allow you to practice different breathing techniques, yin yoga postures, and guided meditations to bring you back to stillness, clarity, and inner knowing.

FIERCE FLOW

Synchronize your breath with your movements in this energizing practice. Fierce Flow will allow you to explore your inner strength and power through invigorating sequences. Based upon Ashtanga Vinyasa, this class will take traditional yoga poses and thread them together in a modern way. Paired with modern music, this class is sure to build some heat in your body, mind, and soul.

SCULPT FLOW

Yoga SCULPT FLOW is a dynamic, high-intensity yoga practice that incorporates weights and resistance training within traditional yoga sequences. This class is designed to get your blood pumping and heart beating for a full body workout while also deepening your yoga practice. Connect deeper to your body in this carefully designed class that targets major muscle groups and boosts endurance. Yoga SCULPT FLOW is made to strengthen your body and mind.

WING CHUN KUNG FU

A concept-based traditional Southern Chinese Kung fu (wushu) style. Softness (via relaxation) and performance of techniques in a relaxed manner is fundamental to Wing Chun.

Toni

Hi, I’m Toni! I expanded my personal yoga practice about a year and a half ago when I went through Yoga Teacher Training. I saw first-hand how profoundly yoga can improve a mind, a body, and a person’s ability to connect with others. Previously, I spent six years in private practice teaching people how to get out of pain by realigning the structure of their body, while researching and obsessively diving deep into psychology and neuroscience. Yoga is an interface between my work with the body and my work with the mind. I currently work in marketing but still obsess over diligently understanding the human body and mind. I believe every human deserves to live inside of a healthy, pain-free body with an empowered mind. In my classes, you’ll find an emphasis on poses that strengthen and activate muscles we don’t use enough and poses that lengthen out places that we over-use, guiding you back to the most aligned version of you – body + mind + spirit.

Ashley

Oh hey, I’m Ashley. I have a passion for life, sunshine, morning coffee, and my sweet fam. I’m a mama of 3 kiddos who keep me super busy, and super happy! I found yoga when I was 19, and ultimately discovered how it could help me navigate my struggles, emotions, and thoughts in a more useful way. It helped me uncover the strength I was searching for! (Spoiler: I had it the whole time) After a few years of personal training I went for it: I took my first yoga teacher training, started teaching yoga, and never felt more at home in my work. Fast forward 5 years 》 I am now an ERYT-500, apart of an incredible community, and feel so grateful. I try to offer yoga in a playful, fun & accessible way! A way to help us step out of the idea of perfection and step into our discomfort in order to connect with our deepest, truest selves. I aspire to bring the bright side of imperfection to yoga. If we can practice that through poses and movement on the mat, I love to imagine what we could accomplish off of our mats! Incredible things! I am so excited to share and practice with you.

Mason

My name is Mason Warr, I am 23 years old I am from Salt Lake City Utah. I originally started doing yoga to gain flexibility but ended up falling in love with this practice. Through meditation and yoga I started looking inwards  and learning a lot about myself. I hope to reflect this in my teaching and help guide you to look inwards and learn about yourself, I will be teaching meditation, different breathing techniques, and yin yoga.

Ian

Hi, my name is Ian.My cousins were fighters and martial artists who taught me to defend myself as a child. Started martial arts with Mike Huston, a fighter and heavy weight golden gloves boxer, with boxing and Tae Kwon Do as a young teen. Introduced to edged and blunt weapons with Villabrille Largusa Kali and later with Latosa Escrima. Initially started training European Wing Tsun under EBMAS and continued later under Bay Mountain Martial arts. Over the last few years I found the importance of the fascial system and how internal martial arts like Taiji utilize it. In short, I like to teach the concepts and applications of the practical and healthful aspects of martial arts.

Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I grew up on the east coast and have since rebased to salt lake city for the past four years. Moving across the country by myself at the age of 20 was the hardest thing I have done, and it lead me to my passion of yoga. I am super passionate about movement & connection. That is what yoga has become for me! A way to connect deeper with myself in every aspect. I am extremely active on the daily, which is why I have started to evolve my yoga into something more restorative. My intention is to provide a space where you can balance an active lifestyle and feel restored. I cannot wait to share what I love with you.

Hailey

Hi, I’m Hailey. I’m a 500hr RYT from Salt Lake City, UT who previously served in the US Air Force. I have a passion to help people access tools in which they can find themselves; this is where my love for yoga comes from. I have a very big and sarcastic personality, and love to joke around. Don’t be fooled though, I was once a bodybuilder and have deployed with the military numerous times. Long story short, I can also kick your ass, so always keep that in mind. My classes are inspired to create change, allow emotion, and challenge people in new and rewarding ways. I love yoga because it connects me to my higher being and allows me to eat a lot more pie. My favorite places and things to do is anything outside, anything that requires traveling by plane, or eating Thai food.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m not flexible enough?

Saying you are not flexible enough to do yoga is like saying you’re too hungry to eat food. You gain flexibility the same way you gain patience: direct + conscious practice.

Do I need to sign up for class in advance?

Not necessarily. If you can’t find the login, the answer is always to come to class! We’ll help you at the studio.

What if I fall asleep or snore during Savasana?

That’s the perfect space to do so. Nobody minds.

What do I need to start yoga?

WILLINGNESS! Maybe a mat and a towel too. But if you don’t have one yet, no worries! We’ve got you.

What if I have an injury or physical condition?

Our teachers are trained to teach modifications. If at any time, something is hurting your body, don’t do that pose.

I’m out of shape, can I still do yoga?

Absolutely! You make your practice your own, start where you are – and little by little, watch your body and your mind transform.
